Competitive salaries are negotiated between the dental professional and dental office before each assignment is accepted. This usually depends on the level of experience and location of the dental office.
You are never obligated to accept an assignment whether it be a temporary or permanent position. That is one of the many advantages about working with us. You are in control when it comes to when and where you want to work.
Absolutely! You can join us to work as a temp if you already have a permanent position. Just let us know what days you are available and we'll help find you a position to make some extra money! You are not obligated to work only with Dental Staffing Resources, LLC.
Client offices are required to pay assignees the agreed upon rate at the end of each assignment. All assignees are to be treated as employees of the client.
Each of our team members are personally screened for their level of skill. Permanent placement candidates are personally interviewed by our staffing coordinator. All information is verifed and references are checked prior to joining Dental Staffing Resources, LLC.
Although our goal is for a long term relationship, Dental Staffing Resources, LLC will prorate our agency placement fee (based on agency daily temporary fee) if services are terminated within 90 days after the effective hire date.
